I am Tracy Ricks, a Licensed Holistic Therapist, and founder of GEMS Counseling/Coaching Services LLC. This June we are launching a free 8- week counseling/mentoring program for underprivileged, at-risk girls ages 14-19. This initiative focuses on overcoming mental health adversities by aiming to build self-esteem, resilience, and leadership in the face of rapidly rising mental health crisis among young girls.
