It's not easy for me to reach out in this way, but I find myself in a situation where I don't have many options. I'm navigating through a tough season that has left me grappling with health challenges and the real possibility of losing my home.
Dealing with severe hypertension and Interstitial Cystitis (IC), a bladder disease, has become an uphill battle, and recently, on August 31st, my body started rejecting food and water. It's been a perplexing journey, and doctors believe stress, especially due to financial strains, may be a significant factor.
Currently, after losing my only income due to medical issues, I am surviving on SSI disability income of $703 per month. Meeting my monthly rent of $1654 seems like an insurmountable hurdle since I am short $951 each month, and especially since I am pretty much homebound until they can figure out why my body is rejecting food and water. I've been diligently applying for jobs, (mostly remote positions due to my current health issues) over 150 of them now, with the hope that something might break through. Unfortunately, the responses have been disheartening; with most saying they've chosen another candidate.
I've explored every possible job opportunity, both traditional and remote, but luck has not been on my side so far, I need prayers. The stress is taking a toll on my health, creating an overwhelming situation that I'm struggling to navigate.
