Hand in Hand Together we can! Christy has been battling breast cancer for almost a year. She is a long-time teacher at the Hood School. She needs the community support during this difficult time.

Christy is also known as Mrs. Gorman. She has been a teacher at the Hood School for 16 years. She is also a wonderful mother to three children, Sophia, Brayden, and Emma. She is also an amazing wife, sister, auntie and daughter. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in February 2023. She started her leave from the Hood School in April 2023. She underwent treatment and during that time the cancer had metastasized. She is currently receiving treatment again. This fundraiser is being developed to help her and her family with medical expenses, kid's activities, and to alleviate any financial burdens they may encounter. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
