Faster than speeding bullet? No. More powerful than a locomotive? Hardly. Has a five o'clock shadow by noon? Everyday.   It's about time that I put my facial hair superpowers to good use. This month I'm growing a beard and dedicating it to Teach For America but I need your help!

Donate $20 and support my scruff for a day

For every gift of $20 I receive I will grow my beard another day. Give $20 and sponsor my beard for a day or give $140 and sponsor my beard for a week. Every gift makes a difference in funding the support of Teach For America corps members and keeping me hairy one more day. Support my scruff for all 31 days of December and I will be able to raise $620, which is the personal beardraising goal that I set. Make a gift today!

Tis the season to be hairy

This month, we're throwing caution to the wind and razors in the trash to raise awareness and funds for Teach For America. No, it's not Movember. It's Decembeard! We are giving ourselves 31 days to grow, groom and trim the best beards ever while asking family and friends to support our beards and help us change the face of education in this country. With their generosity of spirit, support and scruff, we aim to raise $1,000 before the end of the month.
